Privacy policy

The data controller is Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Data is processed to organize the Team Project Conference and communication between students, advisors, companies, and KPZ administrators.

The public project list shows the company name, contact person's name, topic, description, delivery conditions, and logo. The contact person's email and phone number and the advisor's email are visible in the app only to administrators and members of the team assigned to that project, and in messages required to support that delivery.

Project submissions and related correspondence are retained only for the current annual KPZ cycle and project settlement. They are removed when the database is reset before the next cycle; short-lived invitation records are also cleaned up automatically.
